Big Gorilla Studio, a brand of RK Creative (“we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect. When you send our project form or email us, we receive your name, email address, book title, and anything else you choose to write, such as your genre, deadline, and a link to your book. If you tick the box for tips and offers, we also note that.
How we use it. We use your details only to reply to you, quote your project, make your trailer, send invoices, and keep records of our work. If you ticked the tips box, we may send you occasional tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Payments. Payments are handled by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.
Our website. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts visits and pages viewed without cookies and without following you around the web. Because of that, we do not show a cookie banner.
Videos. Our videos load from YouTube only after you click play. When you play one, YouTube may collect data under its own privacy policy. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode.
Who sees your details. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services we need to run our business, such as our email provider, PayPal and our website host, and when the law requires it. Your data may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States and Malaysia.
How long we keep it. We keep project emails and invoices for as long as we need them for our records and for tax rules, normally up to 7 years. We keep tips-list details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to how we use it. If you live in the EU, UK or other places with privacy laws, you may have more rights. Write to us at biggorillastudio@gmail.com and we will reply.
Children. Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes. We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
