Good questions
How does the deposit work?
You pay 50% by PayPal invoice to start. The balance is due before we send your final files. The deposit is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
How many revisions do I get?
Book Teaser: 2. Book Trailer: 3. Launch Campaign: 5. Please send all your notes together within 14 days of receiving the draft. An extra revision is available as an add-on.
How long will it take?
Typical delivery is 2-3 days for a teaser, 4-5 days for a trailer and 6-8 days for a Launch Campaign. The days start after your deposit and script approval. Rush delivery is available as an add-on.
Who owns my trailer?
Once you pay in full, the finished trailer is yours to use to promote your book. The music is licensed for your trailer. We may show the trailer in our portfolio.
How do I pay?
We send a PayPal invoice, first for the deposit and later for the balance. You can pay with a card or a PayPal account.
Can I bring my own footage or script?
Yes. Script, footage and music are included, but if you have your own, send them and we will use them.
Terms in brief

- You own your trailer once you pay in full.
- Referral credit is not cash, expires after 12 months and cannot be combined with other discounts.
